Rockpools

Just add water.

Interesting shapes and textures in the rockpools uncovered at low tide, Marsden Bay, South Shields.

Well done Curly. Great natural lines erroded over time. Just add water - very good!

I bet there is no end to the interesting things to be discoverd in those tide pools!

I love the textures of this image... the whole thing is inviting!

Welcome to DP! =)

I love this part of the country. I am a great Catherine Cookson fan so think I know the area so well. Looking forward to your slant on South Shields.

Very nice textures indeed. Looks like fossilized wood that would have been dug, mineral slices of ancient times.

Low Tide is a natural phenomenon always surprising by what it let us discover of hidden beautiful and strange things...

very interesting shot..
