The Lighthouse

Saint Mary's Island

Saint Mary's Island and it's lighthouse can often be seen when looking north from the coast in South Shields, if the sky is clear and not too cloudy. This lighthouse is a popular tourist attraction just a few miles away. (This picture is taken from my archives.)
